The AGIPI Masters now stand as a major part of the world's professional calendar. This success is made possible by the exceptional playing conditions, spectacular rules, and rewarded performances of the players. A sporting success that we owe to the players' talent that constantly push the boundaries of this demanding sport farther. It is also a media success,
as the Finals were followed by over 3 million viewers on Eurosport 2 last March.
For this 4th edition of the AGIPI Masters that I want to keep forward-thinking and innovative, the format is evolving: more players will compete as soon as in November for their spot in the final groups, among which eight young players under 26 years old. The best of these young players will live a unique experience early in their career and give us the opportunity to discover tomorrow's champions.
I wish good luck to the players, and much
enjoyment to the spectators ! |
